Yes it's taxable & cover under Intellectual Property (IP) in term of notification 11/2017 CT

We've not been charged any GST in the invoice. Only the fees. Is it under reverse charge?
Yes the amount charged by trade mark registry, a govt. Of india deptt, is chargeable under gst through reverse charge mechanism @ 18%.
