Hai, i got an offer for 3.75 Lakh in a public ltd. costruction company having turnover more than 400Crore.
designation is Executive in Internal Audit & MIS Department.
my Qualification is CA. FINAl 1st gr cleared in June'09.
presently working in a Audit firm for 17k.
Please provide your valuable suggestions on the same weather to accept or not.
i will suggest u to switch in the oder firm and try to complete ur 2 nd group too...that will be an icing on the cake situaation...!!!

First of all try to complete your CA Final Gr 2. In companies, generally u would not be able to get required leaves for study.. However, in Audit Firms, atleast u will get a considerable / reasonable time for u r Final Exams. Each attempt u r draging, u r loosing so much in terms of monitory / Post Qualification experience etc... U have to select option which u really want according to u r situation.
My personal view is to complete u r CA at the earliest even without job as u have only one group left.

Dude, Congratsss... you are looking happy as you got Bigg jump. Of course it matters.
My suggesstion is Go with the option of Job only if you do not allow yourself to detract from studies like attending corporate parties, enyoing your money, entertainment, new coporate frnds etc.. You hav to bear in your mind 24*7 that you are inthe working to get some good exposure but your primary goal is to become CA.
I have seen N number of people started working in CA final and completed CA as well. After completion you will get DUAL benefit CA + pre qualification experience.
Remember 2 rules:
1. You are working to get corporate exposure but your primary Objective is CA not salary/ work.
2. Do not forget Rule 1.

dude......go with 2 group.......5 years from now u will be glad to add CA prefix besides money than to be working as a simple employee......wishing u best of luck....go ahead
I am also doing job as an Accounts Officer in a reputed group of Companies.I am also facing such type of problem because in company you have not enough time to study and even they dont gives you so much leave in exam days in such situation you have to drop your job.
In CA firms your Boss may be allow the leave in exam days, he can understand your problem because he is also a CA.In CA firms they have seasonal work like pressure in sept and March remaining months are not so much busy.
I think you should complete your group2 of CA final because if you become CA then job and salary package is not a problem for you.After CA your salary package may be around 5 lac to 6Lac P.A. and may be more because prior experience before ca also gives you advantage.
i can understand your problem because i am also facing such type of problems. You have to balance both the approaches job and Study.You are very Near about to become CA it is your last step in CA Money should not be deciding factor at this level.
Well, I would advise u to join the company...For clearing second group u need not reject this offer...There r many students who get very less leave but still they manage...Ultimately its u who knows the calibre...so if u feel u can manage 2nd grp in less leaves, then go for the offer..!!

Go for Job option. Since u have completed Articleship, no point in continuing in the audit firm. The benifits are 1. You get hike from present salary 2. Experience 3. Exposure. But be carefull that u r not dragged by the external atractions. Simulatneosuly complete CA final as well.
