Got an email - mismatch during pan validation

Dear Sir, 

After getting my provisional GST Number, I got an Email - Mismatch during PAN Validation and I have been asked to resubmit the form again.

But I'm unable to modify the Details in the form as the form is not editable and also the "Amendment" link is inactive.

On tracking my application status, it's showing - "Active Pending Verification"

Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.
