Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Ankit Gupta, based at delhi.

My source of earning is Tutions and google adsense income.

I have incuured incomes from outside india,

(amount has been transferred to my bank account via global nefts)

1) Is that income foreign income?

2) Which form is to be used to file return online?

( in both cases whether foreign income or normal income)

Please tell if any other points are to be kept in mind.

I shall be highly thankful for any sort of hell

In my opinion you have to use ITR3 since you are earning income from your profession i.e. as a tutor. this will cover it foreign income as well.
You should check if 44ADA applies to you since that will save u book keeping

Dear Ankit

You can use Form 4 of ITR or ITR-3. If you use form 4, you can file under presumptive taxation.

Hi I am an App developer and have following income in AY - 17-18
Adsense : 235000
fd interest : 79000
saving interst : 3091
I used ITR 4 and and choose 711-Sotware development agencies and showed Adesne income under 44ADA so there 50% is considerd for tax. Is that Correct ??
Did I used correct ITR form ?
Please tell me If i fiied wrong return then what I have to do ?
