I have purchased goods against C-Form in Uttarakhand from Maharastra and issued C form. Now i have to return the same good. What should be the procedure and documentation for same... kindly advice..

If you have already issued c-form then you have to collect c-from for the supplier against material return or you have to charge full rate of CST VAT.
