Good Opportunity for CAs

The ICAI had aimed at developing a base of expertise and specialized skills amongst its Members in various agreements of WTO and equip them with technical competence to understand and respond effectively to the complex environment of trade laws that operate under the institution of World Trade Organization, launched a Post Qualification Course in International Trade Laws and WTO (ITL & WTO) for the Chartered Accountants.

Consequence of rapid developments in this dynamic field of International Trade Laws and WTO, the Institute intends to revise/update study material for the following papers of the course:-

• Introduction to International Trade Laws and Agreements
• WTO Agreements – Laws and Practices
• Anti-dumping, Countervailing and Safeguard Measures – Laws and Practices
• Domestic Trade Laws and Practices

The Committee on Trade Laws and WTO is presently looking for experts having experience in the relevant areas for preparing the drafts of the study materials.
