Good news to PCC Articled Students

Its good but ICAI should look on the pe-ii students' conditions as well.

Why has this not been notified... Time is passing for everyone, not just ICAI..... 

ICAI pls think of the state of confusion of students who thought their attempt was coming 6 months later.... 

Please notify soon so that students can prepare.... Till it is notified, no one is gonna believe, especially our bosses......

And Frenz, pls dont take their emails seriously, they are just stalling for time.

(Like how over one year was spent in telling students that the transfer rules are being re-examined.)

Deed of articles is truly an agreemen which wil enforceable at law..

So, that the signed student of articles are going to breach the contract.

for breaching contract, there are some legal formalities according to Contract Act.

So, please think legal formalities inthat way!!!

any ways wait for notification wish God to had atempt in nov-2010 for students who are eligible in May-2011

I dont think it wil be a good thing... cos even for first attempter, 1 year 6 months years gap also wont be there if final is made in the last six months of articles....

If anything, It will plainly leave any dummy articles to benefit...
