Gmcs certificate lost

As far as i know, there is no formal procedure. But, u can place a written request at the branch where u have done the gmcs course. it should suffice

Contact the Branch Office where you conducted you GMCS..

Write a letter to Institute's Regional office  along with neceasary documents such as receipt of payment of fees for GMCS, registration confirmation dates of attending the cource and visit the GMCS Cource handling Faculty for the the same in the reginal office you belong to and submit the letter they will issue a duplicate certificate.
