giving money to friend with out interest?

i am a tax payer ,my friend want money for his family needs ,he told that he should repay it with in 2 years, i want to give 2 lakhs rupees to my friend for 2 years ,for his needs with out interest? is there any further problems from income tax department ,by giving with out interest,i want to give through rtgs.so plz give the advice.
