my aunt(bua ji)(fathers real sister)wants to gift to my wife and also to my mother.is it taxable?

NOT TAXABLE....
As I understand, it will not be taxable in the hands of mother but taxable in the hands of wife, but if its gifted to u (instead of yr wife) it is not taxable.
