Gift query
One of my friend have received "A Flat" as gift from his own brother, but done a mistake while Registery, my friend directly made registery in his name. Now what is the way to save from Income tax on gift.

Gift received from "Relative" is exempt from tax and Relative includes Brother. Hence, not to worry at all.
