Gift by employer to employee exceeding ₹ 50,000 per year
Suppose an employer is gifting ₹ 65,000. Will the whole amount be leviable to GST or only the excess ₹ 15,000 will be taxed?

whole amount will be taxable i.e 65000
GST will be on whole amount 65000/-
