I am maintain a Genral Running Bond for Nepal Export raw Matterail without payment of Excise duty 50,0000/- file in 2005 Now what happening my export to nepal is increasing day by day .
Can I add the value in current running bond 50,00000/- (5 Lacs) to 10,000000/- (One Crore) under which rules or Notification?
Running bonds are self crediting , after submission of Annexure 19, u can take self credit of submitted documents and utilize the balance for your next export. However u have to ask the bond authority allow final credit at the earliest.
