Can I generate C Form online as and when I require to issue to my out of state supplier ( who has charged me concessioal sales tax against C Form ) i.e. even without filing quaterly return .

I am filing half yearly return . But my suppliers ( other state ) file quarterly or monthly returns . If it is sales tax rule that you have to first file return ; only then you can generate online C Form ; how do I maange with suppliers who are filing monthly / quarerly returns .

You Will not get c form before filing return. You can request Sales tax department to changed the periodicity of your return from six monthly to monthly So that you can apply c form on monthly basis.

I have not seen suppliers asking for c form till the time their due date is not near. So in case of half yearly dealers even if you give the c forms within 10 days of filing return then it doesn't matter. However you need to file the returns of your dealer at least 20 days before due date so that c forms can be applied online and generated within reasonable time.
