if returns if filled for AY-2008-09 and without filling return for AY-2009-10,if i filwe return for AY-2010-11 and AY-2011-12..will it be some problem??

Income Tax Returns for the AY 2008-09 and 2009-10 is already time barred. Time Limit for filing of Belated return is one year from the end of relevant Assessment year. There is no rule or section regarding gap between two returns. Hence you can file both the returns at the same time.
Therefore, you can file Income Tax Returns for the AY 2010-11 and 2011-12.
