FY 2020-21 Notice by ITO with timeline, even though i don't fall under income tax bracket

I got physical letter with 10 days of timeline.

Interest from deposit         14500

Purchase of time deposits            2,50,00,000   (I'd made  more than 50 weekly Fixed deposits  with 5 lac).   FD of 5 lac after 1 week , i create FD again, I've used same 5 lac  in 50 fd 

14500 doesn't fall under tax bracket, i get notice to reply on e-verify under compliance portal. I can see this notice on their portal as well.

I didn't file ITR because i wasn't under tax bracket. (yes,one can file itr without being in tax bracket , if one hadn't choosen , it doesn't mean this harassment. I feel now ,having deposit in bank is big mistake.
