Could someone please tell me:

What was the tax rate for short term capital gains on sale of share for FY 2007-2008, AY 2008-2009?

What was the tax rate for short term capital gains on sale of units of equity mutual funds for FY 2007-2008, AY 2008-2009?

rate of tax on STCG on equity oriented fund (MF) is currently 15% (w.e.f. 01-04-2009). it means for FY 2007-08 (AY 08-09) rate was 10%
