Hello there,

My name is Hitesh. I have appeared for my class 12th exam ( NIOS) due to some unavoidable circumstances back at home from Arts. I have even appeared for CPT and things have been pretty great with it.

But now as I dont have any accountancy related subject in my 12th syllabus. I am facing problem in getting admitted to B.COM ( HONS) though I am getting B.COM ( Gen).

Is there any harm in doing CA,CS along with B.COM( GEN). Does it affect my chances of securing a job?

no not at all....

b.com (gen) will not affect anything...infact ca covers everything in it ...so dont worry about it

opt it without any tension

Thanks for your advice.

And for preparing for IPCC to secure a rank, how much hours of study per day is required?

look...

there is no written formula that you need to study thismuch hours to secure a rank...

just make sure that you are clear of your concepts  ...

and ya always work hard on your writting skills ...

good luck for your future..

thanks for your advice :)

You only need a graduation degree... Rest your CA Degree and knowledge will help you in getting a job..

@ Hitesh:

Doing Bcom (Honors/General) along with CA is ok for getting a job if you have good knowledge. But please note that once if you clear IPCC 1st group you may need to join 3yrs practical training in CA and during that time you will not be allowed to attend Bcom classes during training hours. So plan to join regular/distance mode as per your wish. Also, after the start of the training, you can do only one course along with CA at a time that too with the permission of the ICAI. So doing CA, CS, BCom all at a time is not possible.

no not at all ...

It won't affect your chances of getting a good job .

You can move ahead without any hesitation

Good lucksmiley
