Mam, this error is showing in MCA website. What are the attachments arer required please can you tell me mam???

1. In form No. 24AAA , column No. 8 details of petition (date of creation/modification/ satisfaction, Amount of loan, reason of delay) is not mentioned. Please resubmited form 24AAA along with the above as corrected. 2.Petition has not been prepared as prescribed in Form No. 1 under rule 6C (reference Annexure E) of the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and forms (Amendment) Rules, 2012. 3. Affidavits verifying the petition from petitioner drawn on non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value duly attested by Notary Public/Oath Commissioner. 4. Memorandum of Appearance has not been prepared as prescribed in Form No. 2 under rule 6 F (3). 5. Court fee stamp of requisite amount has not been affixed on the Memorandum of Appearance.6. Resolution in the name of Company Law Board, it is required to be in the name of Regional Director. Physical copy has not been received. Form should be resubmitted by 06/07/2013

Dear Mam,

Even i face d same problem while filing form 24AAA.

1. Memorandum of Appearance has not been prepared as prescribed in Form No. 2 under rule 6 F (3). 

2. Court fee stamp of requisite amount has not been affixed on the Memorandum of Appearance.

and whould we mention in the name of Respondent appeariong in Memorandum of Appearance.

Please clarify.....
