Hi,frnds im new 2 this club.cn any one suggst me out abt tnfr of articles.actualy i vnt 2 tak termination as my offc timing are frm 10:30 to 5:30 n my offc is far frm home it taks more thn one n half to 2 hrs 4 trvl n im nt abl 2 study r take cochings (all knw hw vl b in citis teasing n all).cn i tak termination on ths basis.frnds plz help me out.................

No Vishala u cannot take transfer....This is the story of every article-u cannot escape from articleship!!!
If you feel that you are unable to cope with articleship then take a transfer. Passing exams must be your priority.
Transfers are possible if your new firm is atleast 50 kms away from your current firm's city. There are a few other ways too. Just keep at it and you will get a transfer eventually.

Well u cant take the transfer, but the only remedy available to you is that u can negotiate wid ur boss for the timmings explaining him ur genuine problems.....or u can request him for delegation of some audit work nearby ur home...
