Hi Friends,
Today the final results are out...i failed again and lost my exemption too in ISCA.This was my 5th attempt of CA Final...I am really depressed.My friends and my parents are suggesting me to leave CA and to do something else.
Friends, i will be really grateful to you all if, you can suggest me what other course i can pursue alongside CA Final where i can have exemptions on the basis of CA PCC. As it is difficult for me to get through CA Final.

DEAR ALL I HAVE DECIDED TO QUIT THIS COURSE. WHERE I HAVE DONE MISTAKE. I CONFUSED. LAST TWO ATTEMPTS I GOT 170 OR 160 FOR FIRST GROUP. BUT THIS TIME I GOT ONLY 96 OUT OF 400. I SHOCKED. I DONOT BELIEVED ON IT. BEFORE DECLARING I HAVE DECIDED IF I SHALL FAIL AGAIN , I SHALL HAVE TO QUIT. I HAVE GIVEN LAST FIVE ATTEMPTS. I HAVE LOST MY STAMINA. CONFUSED HOW TO STUDY. LAST ATTEMPT I HAVE NOT TAKEN LEAVE FOR EXAM, THEN I GOT 160. AND THIS TIME I TAKEN 2 MONTHS LEAVE AND GOT 96. WHAT IS CRIETERIA TO PASS. PLEASE GUIDE DEAR ALL FRIENDS. I TOTALLY DEPRESSED.

U can try CS or CWA.
Or try CFA...that exempts a few papers i think(NOT SURE THOUGH)...
or atleast it has links with CA subjects.U can shift easily to CFA(SURE HERE THOUGH)

Do not lose hope. Try below to pass:
1) Try to use Institute materials and SA to the fullest extent.
2) Do follow the instructions given in the question paper and answer scriptts without fail. (Write legible, Neat, Answers in proper sequence without attempting different part and think that examiner will only see at your answer, not the quantity you have written)
3) Give your best till last minute.
4) Read the questions twice and attempt, Choose proper question.
5) Don't choose a question you are not sure about, Choose a question which u can get at least for half of which you are sure about. Because the exact point you are knowing will fetch you full marks.
6) Dont attempt for the sake of attempting.
7) In True/False, mention True/False along with brief justification for that.
8) Don't neglect theory, you will get full marks if your answer is correct and which covers the expected point.
9) Always maintain to understand the concept before solving practicle problems and try to match the practicle from theoretical part.
10) If you are an average student, read for about 14-16 Hrs per day for 2 Months for 1 Group rotating most of the subjects taking breaks in between to relax.
11) Be confident. But never try to fool examiner. However, remember you have to market yourself, you have to showcase yourself by displaying all the relevant steps in the examination. Dont use shortcuts in the paper, you may be aware but examiner dont expect that.
12) Dont use Pencils, use Pen to write exam.
13) Dont get overstressed, do Yoga/Meditation etc.
14) Try to write mock exam and if you are doing that yourself, compare that with suggested answer and allot stepwise marks yourself.
15) Be Confident, To have the confidence you need to prepare well. Nothing should be more important than this exam.

First of all, the people who are considering to quit the course should be reminded that you have already cleared 2 out of 3 levels of the course. The first level might have been pretty easy, but I dont for one moment believe IPCC was easy too. Somehow, you knew what was right, you succeeded and cleared that too. When you have come this far, its a blunder to back out. Take a week, clear your head and try a different approach or try to better your last approach.
And secondly, who told you that other courses would be very easy and that you'd master it in a month or so..? huh? The "other courses" that you talk about are neither easy nor short.
If you dont believe me or have a rebuttal, go for it- ask them.
