What is your qustion. Service tax applicable only taxable services. Some other point if you are recd. taxable services then applicable RCM only. plz brief you question.
if contractor purchases material and used for construction and get the amount reimbursed from the contractee in case of labour contract, should the contractor include the FREE SUPPLY OF MATERIAL IN THE BILL AND PAY SREVICE TAX OR NOT
