I am dealing in Medicine trade can anyone convey is tax to be charged on free goods and if yes or no . is there any notification.

Any distribution of goods or provision of services as part of advertisement , sales promotion or feedback shall not be liable to GST.

one more thing If i am not receiving free from supplier can I give to my purchaser free goods
