hello..

i m Aman goel from karnal, i deal in pharmaceutical products. i want to give a free product by purchase of other, pls confirm in gst we allow this or not...

Are you received the said goods as free from Your supplier...?

- If yes then You can.

- If not then You can't give it as free. In case You want to give it as free then You must reverse the ITC...

Section 17 of cgst deals with block credit..and this section contain credit of goods to be used for giving free sample..

if you give any purchase item in free of cost then itc credit should be reversed
