you mean to say , you want give free sample ? .
Are you received the said goods as free from Your supplier...?
- If yes then You can.
- If not then You can't give it as free. In case You want to give it as free then You must reverse the ITC...

Section 17 of cgst deals with block credit..and this section contain credit of goods to be used for giving free sample..

if you give any purchase item in free of cost then itc credit should be reversed
