hello sir.what is the formula for IRR compounding for Calculating Realised Yield in Bond Valuation.

.

 

eg;-  964.54(1+r)4=1171.13

RY=1171.13/964.54=1.214

for 1.214  used compounding table & two Interst rate Located 4% & 5%.Now how we will find RY Using IRR Formula .Please explain fully.thanx

 

Hi Avtar,

As discussed, use the formula on page 10 to interpolate the values of compounding table.
