i wants to incorporate a company, whose business will be investment of public money in mutual funds or shares. So whether it may be incorporat as an NBFC or as a simple company.
You need to get it incorporate as a NBFC under the category INVESTMENT COMPANY.
There are three categories under NBFC CO'S:
1. LOAN COMPANY
2. LEASING AND HIRE PURCHASE COMPANY
3. INVESTMENT COMPANY
