What will be the floatation cost of a Pvt. Ltd. Co. with a initial capital of Rs. 10 lakhs?

for floating private limited compny which is subsidiary of other co. or which will be incorpoarted by some profeesiobnal on behalf of promoter you will require
1 Power of attorney on the stamp paper or franked with Rs. 100
2. for franking form 1with Rs.100
3. for franking of MOA (mumbai) Rs. 200
4. for franking of AOA (Mumbai) Rs. 2000
5. filing fees :
form 1A -Rs. 500
form 18 -Rs. 500
Form 1 -Rs. 200
Form 32 - Rs 500
MOA -Rs. 4000
AOA -Rs.200
along with this you may require to pay fees to profeesional for signing of form 32 and also for making seal ,for making arrangement for display of name of Company on the entarance and for making common seal of the Company . profeesional fees disply expenses and comman seal expenses are not fixed hence can not specify these fees. hence approximatley it will require around Rs. 15000
