Sir i already filed this format but dept rejected this format and roc said required for reubbmission

This is simply not possible. I think you you have misunderstood something.

Im using this format from last 5 years. ROC cannot reject it. There must be some other reason for rejection of form or resubmission.

Your format is not 100% correct as there is no mention of pref shares. Use my format.

Ur statement list of allotees shows "NO. OF SHARES" only.. but not showing which type of shares... whether equity shares or preference shares...

correct da same n resubmit the form2..

One more thing dear Vijay --- Next time paste your company info after modification just to maintain the confidantiality of the info.
