Dear Professional Colleagues,
We are in the process of converting a private limited company into OPC. For this purpose we need to attach a declaration by the directors by way of affidavit. Does anybody have a format for this? And also should each director give a declaration or all of them together?

Yes I agree. However, while filing Form INC-6, we have to attach a declaration by the directors confirming that all members and creditors of the Company have given their consent for conversion, the paid up capital of the company is Rs. 50 Lakhs or less or average annual turnover is less than Rs. 2 Crores, as the case may be.
My query is, is there a particular format to be followed for this declaration or can we use a general declaration format and customize it with this content. And also if can all directors give the declaration together or separately?
