My father was retired on 31st july 2018, received some fund of PF, leave encashment and gratuity but not showing pf and gratuity under sec10, only leave encashment showing exempted 3 lacs. Also not sure that sum of pf and gratuity added in income section or not. And also 26as under 192 sec is not matched with form16 taxable amt and tds was booked in aug 2018.
Kindly guide me what would be total income and should I add maunually pf, Gratuity amt under sec 17?
Get revised form 16 from Employer with the said declarations of taxable & non taxable incomes. That should have been downloaded from TRACES site.
That will match form 26AS, and based on that you can file return.
