One of my client running pvt ltd company had not done annual filling after 2015 received notice from Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana for striking of the name of company.
ROC had told to send representations along with documents within 30 days.
Pls guide what representation can we make before ROC so that company can be prevented from being strike off...?
