Hi, I have been trying to file INC 7 to incorporate a new company there are 6 dierectors, as there are a lot of attachments to this form the size is exceeding 2.5 M.B, is there any alternative way I can reduce the size of the form.
P.S the for exceeds 2.5 MB even before signingwith DSC
Do not scan all pages, only signatures (last pages of moa & aoa) scan, remaining text file directly convert into PDF and merge the files (with pdfmerger software). It is dicrease the size.
To ensure that the size of scanned PDF document is within the permissible size limits, it is recommended that scanning should be done in ‘black & white’ mode at 200 dpi resolution.Please do scanning for last pages of moa and aoa and other declarations as per the recommended mode and other docs that can be converted directly to PDF may be done through pdf converter and later merge the docs through PDF Merge Software to reduce size. This will definitley help
The new size limit for uploading of Forms is 6MB. The above methods suggested will reduce the size and you can accomodate the same in 6 mb easily.
Thanks guys for the reply, I have contacted MCA they toldme that the size limit is now revised to 5 MB
