Order No. 01/2019-GST Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117(1A) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017 in certain cases.

 

For which cases it is applicable??

Can everyone who has not filed earlier can file TRAN 1 now??

This extension is only for those registered person who could not complete their Tran. 1 before 31st Dec 2017 due to technical issue in GST portal in initial days. This is not applicable to those registered person who did not initiated the process at that time.
