Form filing

Board Resolution number n date is compulsory in all the e-Forms except of incorporation e-Forms.

       date and number has been entered but the digital signature was affixed.

Which form? let me also know dear,,,,

In mostly all the business decision company required Board Approval n for all that Board Resolution no. n date should be added. if der is anything for which no requirement of Board Resolution at all,, then may b psbl...

I agree with the views of Disha as all the forms where major business decisions are taken, board's approval is required and therefore, in the prescribed form, no. and date of the board resolution is required.

Board resolution date is Compulsory, with out which the form cannot be prescrutinsed.Without prescrunity the digital signature cannot be affixed.

Date of board resolution and number is compulsorily to be filed before affixing digital signature.

Yes, it is mandatory in case you forgot to fill such details, from level prescrutiny will show error and you will not able to check form process complete.
