We are sending taxible goods from punjab to himachal to our distributor's CST rate @ 6.88%.
our management have to decided to open a company branch in himachal. what is the formility for opening a branch in outside the state.
and please suggest all about the FORM F under CST act 1956
Dear rakesh
Your company is required to get registered in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Once the company is registered in Himachal Pradesh , only then you can get F FORM for the goods sent to branch at Himachal Pradesh.
The branch receiving the goods is liable to issue F FORM to the sending branch.
