Form EES 2011 Rectification

Dear Rutika,

If in the original form, that is EES 2011 the director has signed using his/her DSC then in the Form 67 also his DSC will be required, but if Form EES 2011 was signed physically by the director then his DSC will not be required only a CA/CS/ICWA (in whole time practise) will have to sign the form.

Thanks Ravi. One more thing i want to confirm is that EES form was earlier signed physically so even form 67 is required to be signed physically and attached?
