Form dir-2 format mca

HELLO Dear professionals,

I am here with Attaching Form DIR-2 of MCA as per new Amended companies act,2013,

earlier there was not any specific format of Consent letter of a New Appointing Director, but from April 2014 It become mandatory to attach Form DIR-2 under Form DIR-12 for a new appointing Director as his consent to Act as Director,,,,i think it would be helpfull to you, 

* DIR-12 is a new Form for Change in Directorship of a Company, Earlier it was Form-32 ,
