In Form "C" of CST - Jharkhand (Seller's State) , we certifiy on the format itself that 'we are not registered u/s7 of the said Act in the State (buyer's ) in which the goods covered by this Form are delivered.
I am not clear about this meaning. Please enlighten me.

In my view, it is not valid due to reason this form issued by Sales/Vat Department. Further my advice you should be registered in CST and collect the form concern department.
That's fine if you'r not registered in the buyer's state. You are a registered dealer in your state, right?
