Can we issue Form C for the Capital equipment purchased for the use in Works Contract. In our CST registration Certificate we have not incorporate the same at the time of taking registratiion.

C-Form is only for purchase of goods as raw materials, or for resale or machinery and parts. See the C-Form format itself and you have to specify for what purpose you have purchased the goods.
Hence if you are falling under any of the four conditions, then only you can purchase goods against C-Forms and not for all purchases.
Hi Bhupendra Form "C" can be issued for the purchase of capital goods. Before purchasing you should inculde the material which your going to purchase in the Registration certificate.
