Can anyone please explain about form C, F & H?

Is it relating to CST?
Yes, it is relating to CST.
- Form C: Issued by purchasing dealer (other than Govt) to the selling dealer for availing concessional rate of CST
- Form F: Issued by branch to the principal dealer in case of branch/stock transfer
- Form H: Issued by actual exporter to the penultimate seller
