  1. Form C: Issued by purchasing dealer (other than Govt) to the selling dealer for availing concessional rate of CST
  2. Form F: Issued by branch to the principal dealer in case of branch/stock transfer
  3. Form H: Issued by actual exporter to the penultimate seller
