After approval of name from the ROC, Is there any form that can be filed when a promoter withdraws to continue for incorporation of a company? Please let me know, Can any other person be replaced in his place?

No form is required ..In case the promoter withdraws you can take NOC from others and awritten withdrawal from him...then try,,probably it works |
