error 1 - "the date of last modofication prior to the present modification as entered in the form is 22.07.2008. However, as per the record of ROC the date of last modification against the same charge ID is 10.04.2007."
error 2 - "Form 8 having status pending for Form 21 is pending in respect of the same charge ID. Form should be resubmitted by 21/11/2009 failing which the eform shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
error 3 - Payment challan for previous Form 8 was paid after expiry date due to which - request for condonation of delay is to be filed with CLB , What is the procedure for filing the same?
Please suggest further action to be taken.
