Form 67 addendum

hi all learned members

I am trying to fill form 67 addendum for rectification of mistake and while pressing presrutiny button getting the error" You Have to connect to MCA Portal" and if i am uploading the form i am getting the error that" Form must have been signed by atleast one authorised signatories" although i have digitally signed the form 67. and i am not able to fill the form

kindly guid me how to remove the error and file the form
