Form 4 llp

what about this instruction mentioned in the help kit of form 4 - "eForm should be digitally signed by designated partner of LLP. In case the eForm is filed for cessation of partner/ designated partner, the person signing the form should be different from the person in whose respect the form is being filed."

As I am filing for form for change in designation (partner to designated partner) person signing the form should be same from the person in whose respect the form is being filed if we follow above instruction.
