A company opted U/s 115 BAB and having transactions with more than 20 crore with its holding company, need to file FORM 3CEB.All transactions are At Arm length Price. Whether it will file nil form. Because no data need to filled in Point No.23 , if all the transactions are at Arm length prices

Even if the transactions are at arms length price, you need to input the amount of transaction taken place and file the form

But I choose the option no in point no. 24, i unable to fill the data
