Hey Friends, can you guide me what is the meaning of the words written under the coloumn "Mode of Payment" under the two given scenarios??? I mean what is the position of refund in case where mode of payment is government and where mode of payment is paper??

Means the amount against Govt. has been recovered by the IT dept by setting off the Dues/arrears recoverable, against any refund due to the assessee.........
