I have some doubts in form 24Q
1. What is Total amount of salary?
Column 332, which all values it contains
2. What is Total Deduction under section 16(i), 16(ii),16(iii)?

1. Net Taxable Salary that means Sum of Basic DA etc and after deducting exempted perquisites and Allowance
2. Any deduction made from Salary.... Generally it is Professional Tax (Tax On Employment)
