Dear Members
By oversight the statutory auditors of a private limited company had filed Form 23B two times with ROC for the current financial year (2010-11). The SRN has been generated for both the forms (Form 23B) filed by them.
There is a requirement for the company to mention the SRN of Form 23B in the Form 23AC.
Please advise which SRN has to be mentioned by the Company. Whether the First one or the Second one.

I have also Uploaded Twice time of Public Ltd as well as Private Ltd. Companies for F.Y. 2011-12, so What's Procedure to Rectify this Mistake to Inform ROC to considered only one Form23b. Reply me

Enter the SRN no. of 23B filed second time.
Can anyone tells me Solution in Detail to Rectify Mistake as I have uploaded twice of Form23b.
I dont think any rectification is needed.
you fill up form 23 AC by filling up SRN no. of second form 23B.
How to get form 23B?
