what wlll be SRN in form 23AC regarding the form 23B

It should be SRN of Form 23B of the year to which Form 23AC relates
In case form 23B has not been filed or the SRN is not available u may write in the field Z9999999. The system will accept the SRN.

I feel this relaxation available for short period only, Now the MCA introduce new 23-B for appointment of auditors. coming period the SRN of 23B wiil be mandatory for filing of 23AC.
