Filing fee is not required to be paid on filing of Form 23B.

As filing fee is not there there is no question of additional filing fee in Form 23B.

No fees for 23 B. But filing of 23 B is the duty of the Auditor which should be done within 30 days of gtting appointment letter from the Company.

URGENT REPLY: A new pvt co. has appointed its first statutory auditors in BOD meeting. Is the co. required to intimate the ROC? If yes, which form. As per my knowledge, First auditor need not file form 23b.Is it true?? THANKS in advance
